About Homeward Bound
"When women help women, we are a powerful force."
First launched in 2014, Homeward Bound is mobilising a worldwide collaboration of women in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine) who are willing and able to lead for the greater good. By 2036, we aim to grow this network to 10,000 visible leaders influencing decision-making to advance global sustainability. Read more about Homeward Bound here.
About Team HB6
Team HB6 brings together 100 diverse women with a background in STEMM and a shared will to drive positive outcomes for our planet. Along with previous cohorts HB1 through HB5, as well as future cohorts to come, we are building a global network of collaborative, purposeful, and compassionate leaders. About The Program
The Team HB6 journey includes:

11 months of virtual learning and collaborations, including masterclasses, coaching sessions, leadership diagnostic tools, reflective practice, and more.

In-person training in Ushuaia, Argentina, and onboard a ship to Antarctica! (Voyage date to be determined according to the state of global health and safety.)

Personal and professional development along leadership, science, visibility, and strategy streams.

Long-term participation in an extensive global alumni network.

Self-driven collaborations within and across Homeward Bound cohorts.
